In June 2025, a new page will be written at the summit of Le Negresco. The sixth floor, Jeanne Augier’s private refuge, will be transformed into an amazing Penthouse Suite.
For the first time since her arrival at Le Chantecler Chef Virginie Basselot unveils a series of four-handed dinners . Through unique collaborations between extraordinary chefs, these dinners celebrate the very finest in French gastronomy, not as fleeting occasions, but as enduring traditions in their own right.
Softly lulled by the sea breeze, Le Negresco Beach Club promises a radiant atmosphere for every minute of your vacation overlooking the Baie des Anges.
Treat yourself like a king or queen at one of our superb themed buffets: roasted Sisteron lamb with savory, Nordic and shellfish platters, egg and salad medley, chocolate fountain and other gourmet desserts...
This year, our pastry chef Charles Bernard has captured the essence of this architectural landmark in a truly spectacular pastry creation. With its cylindrical shape, the Yule Log pays homage to the elegant curves of the dome and the monumental entrance of the hotel.
The deliciously crispy crust of the Three King’s cake is made of thin flaky pastry. The moist and buttery almond frangipane cream conceals a charm which is a miniature of Le Negresco’s legendary pink dome.
Le Negresco has teamed up with Art Kids Company – a major player in artistic and cultural early learning – to run creative workshops online and in situ.

The Fonds de Dotation Mesnage-Augier-Negresco (FDMAN) and Le Negresco are joining forces with Biot’s MAMAC for the exhibition Léger et les nouveaux Réalismes’. On this occasion, an iconic artwork from the collection, the Miles Davis, is being swapped with another masterpiece by Niki de Saint Phalle, the Large Yelling Man Totem.

To mark this milestone, an exhibition of iconic photographs captured at Le Negresco and collected from Paris Match magazine’s vast archives will allow photo-lovers to immerse themselves in 110 years of extraordinary memories. Until 3 December 2023.
