To inaugurate this new tradition, Jacques Maximin - first chef to earn two MICHELIN stars at Le Chantecler in 1980 - reunites with Virginie Basselot for a dinner in homage to origins: a celebration of time’s passage, of culinary lineage, and the noble spirit of the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France.

Five-course menu:
