Four-Hands Dinners at Le Chantecler — Sharing Gastronomic Excellence
For the first time since her arrival at Le Chantecler, Virginie Basselot invites other outstanding chefs to join her in a culinary encounter a series of four-hands dinners held within the intimate setting of the MICHELIN starred restaurant.
Through these unprecedented collaborations, Le Chantecler celebrates excellence and continues its gastronomic legacy a harmony of generosity and emotion. In this fleeting encounter, art and creativity intertwine to offer an unforgettable experience.

To inaugurate this new tradition, Jacques Maximin - first chef to earn two MICHELIN stars at Le Chantecler in 1980 - reunites with Virginie Basselot for a dinner in homage to origins: a celebration of time’s passage, of culinary lineage, and the noble spirit of the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France.
Five-course menu: €260 per person including aperitif, mineral water and coffee. Optional wine pairing (5 glasses): €180 per person.

When the talents of Virginie Basselot and Eugénie Béziat - chef of the Michelin-starred Espadon at the Ritz Paris - unite in the kitchen, the result is a poetic expression of flavours, where instinct meets precision and ingredients guide each inspired gesture.
