Over the years, Le Negresco, proud of its cultural heritage, has committed to preserving and restoring a legacy that was instrumental in Nice’s UNESCO nomination as the “Winter Resort Town of the Riviera”. The EPV (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant – Living Heritage Company) certification confirms this dedication. The iconic façade, listed as a “Historic Monument” by the Ministry of Culture in 2003, also merits such attention. We are therefore extremely pleased to announce that the Architectes des Bâtiments de France association has agreed to the continuation of the restoration work initiated in 2020.

The works have started on Monday, 4 November 2024, and will continue until April 2025.
