For the first time in its history, the Negresco has teamed up with Edouard Golbery by sponsoring the sailing boat : “l’Empreinte”. This 100% Living Heritage Company sailboat is bringing together companies from this label, in order to highlight the excellence of French savoir-faire.
Jeremy Brun, Negresco’s Sous-Chef has fully invested himself in this great adventure with bringing his culinary touch: he has created a menu which identifies Edouard Golbery’s personality and vision, inspired by his life, his desires and the ocean.
This menu is announcing the beginning of a great marine and human adventure.
